Half Day Excursion Apkoronas or Akrotiri Half-Day Sea Excursion | Duration 10:00 – 14:00 & 15:00 – 19:00 *Fuel costs are included in the price. Excursion at Akrotiri Starting from Marathi Harbor, we will embark on a delightful journey to Aspra coast and to Marathi island. After we will visit Kamares. Next stop Seitan Limania or Stefanos Seitan Beach, one of the three coves created by the sea in the area of Akrotiri. The name originates from the Turkish period of the island, meaning devilish (Devilish/Cursed Harbors). Excursion at Apokoronas Starting from the small harbor of Marathi, we will cross over, traversing the natural bay of Souda, to visit the Kalyves area, a beautiful beach with sand stretching approximately 500 meters. Our next stop is Almyrida Beach, very close to Kalyves, a beautiful village reminiscent of old fishing villages, a quiet place even in the summer. Then, we will visit Koutalas Beach & the cave located nearby. Koutalas Beach is formed at the exit of a small gorge and in the embrace of a narrow bay with large caves on the sides. Continuing, while still in the area of Akrotiri Drepano, we will see the underwater cave of elephants, at looking up, we will also behold an old lighthouse standing proudly, keeping company to the sailors crossing the Cretan Sea.
