Yoann is the perfect Captain for the mission. He was fabulous and able to accommodate us at the last minute. The boat is perfect and beautiful. The route we sailed is exactly what we were hoping for. We will definitely be back again! Merci Yoann!

I will start by saying that the Captain Phillippe and Anna were amazing as was the boat . The communication with them was 10/10 and they did everything to make our day perfect .
I cannot fault them or the boat .
However the same came be said for the people of click and boat and who ever Jocelyn is who is associated with this boat .
The communication with her was frustrating, even though I was very specific with what I was after I found that I would give very detailed specifics only to be asked questions that were in the previous message which indicated to me she didn’t read my messages or I’d ask a specific question and she wouldn’t answer it which made it hard for me to commit and book as I didn’t know what I was getting.
As for click and boat I’m not sure what they do other than have a portal to advertise boat hire. Without going into great detail I had another boat cancel on me at the last minute .
They offered me 10% discount which I didn’t get and my refund for the other boat I’m still waiting after 6 days . I’ve tried calling them twice now and they are not returning my calls.
If you can deal with the boat captain do so and avoid click and boat .
