I want a total refund, I reserved for Monday, in a boat that wasn't what I booked, they gave me the ride on Tuesday on a totaly different boat , because of the weather conditions acorrding to Love (my host), I had several options, and everyone said it was perfect for sailing on Monday, but my host (love) said it was better on Tuesday, we stayed an extra day at Capri (700eur) to have the experience that we already booked (we came from Mexico for this) , the experience was terrible, we were in a storm, Love said it was OK to sail and better than Monday, the crew was panicked about the weather on Tuesday, but they where told to do the job, they said it was the worst day of the last 3 years of work, for sure it should be canceled (I can show pictures and videos), Love said it's OK, we arrive to a boat and stay inside the cabin all the 7 hrs, when we were finished, they charged us an extra 750eur, for the service and fuel, but the fuel (600eur) was full (I have pictures), so in total I spent 750 on the boat, 750 of the extras, and a extra night in Capri, another 700eur, and at the end I did not get to Amalfi, positano, or anywhere. They should have canceled, don't get me wrong, I understand the weather its not on anybody but you cost me more than 2k eur in that terrible terrible experience.
