• Life Onboard If you’re looking for an enjoyable, safe, and comfortable experience at sea, the Delta 34SW is the perfect choice. A boat that extends your time in the archipelago and can be enjoyed just as much in early summer and autumn as in the peak of summer. Its electric sunroof allows for plenty of natural light and makes it highly adaptable to changing weather. On colder days, both a Oceans Evasionin heater and a diesel heater are available. Onboard, you’ll find a sound system with powerful speakers both inside and outside, and you can connect your phone to play your favorite music. The boat offers safe mobility with a starboard sidewalk, and the aft deck has a fixed seating area perfect for relaxing summer evenings. From there, you also have access to the swim platform, ideal for various water activities. A stand-up paddleboard (SUP) is included in the rental. A dinghy with a 6hp motor can be added for a small fee. The dinghy can either be towed on a long line behind the boat at cruising speed or transported on the swim platform. _______________________________________________ • Interior The efficient interior layout with high-quality materials provides open, social spaces that invite gatherings with many guests onboard. Below deck, you’ll find a smartly planned interior with genuine materials. Sleeping arrangements include a double bed in the bow Oceans Evasionin and a double bunk under the dining area (more suitable for children). A separate shower and toilet make the stay comfortable for at least 2 adults and 2–3 children. The longitudinal galley is fully equipped with an 85-liter fridge, gas stove, gas oven, and tableware for six people. Cooking pots, cutting boards, knives, and serving bowls are also included. You’ll need to bring your own set of sheets and towels. Pillows and lighter summer duvets for four people are included in the rental. Bed linens and towels for four people can also be rented separately. _______________________________________________ • Navigation Exploring the archipelago is easy with complete nautical charts and Hydrographica maps. The boat is equipped with a 12-inch navigation and radar system from Raymarine. _______________________________________________ • Performance Weighing only 4.500 kg, the Delta 34SW is relatively fuel-efficient. At a cruising speed of around 30 knots, it consumes just over 2.2 liters per nautical mile. The fuel tank holds 500 liters (preferably HVO100 or EcoPar), allowing for a range of approximately 250 nautical miles. In a hurry, the boat can reach a top speed of around 40 knots. Docking is easy with the electric anchor on the swim platform, twin Volvo Penta engines, and the bow thruster for the final touch. If you run into trouble or simply feel like chatting, there’s a VHF radio onboard. The freshwater tank holds 200 liters, and the water heater allows for warm showers both below deck and on the swim platform. The septic tank holds 60 liters. The twin service batteries (replaced in 2022) are sufficient for normal use over a weekend and can be recharged while cruising, using the solar panels on the roof, or via shore power. For the 2025 season, the engines and drive have been newly serviced. The bottom and drives have been freshly painted, the boat has been waxed, and the teak has been cleaned and oiled. The digital nautical charts have been updated with the latest information, and the nautical charts date from 2018 onwards. _______________________________________________ • Rental Terms To rent, you must be at least 25 years old, have a completed skipper CV, experience with similar boats, and preferably documented nautical competence. During the holiday season (July–August), rentals are preferred for a minimum of one week. Outside this period, the minimum rental is two days or a weekend. The boat must be returned in a cleaned and tidy condition. Any damages, big or small, must be reported immediately or upon return. Cleaning services can be added as an option.
