The employees welcoming us, explaining the boat and handling the paperwork were great. The boat was clean and in excellent condition. However: - the ad on Click&Boat said the boad had a shower (meaning freshwater hose), which was not the case (according to the staff none of these boats have one) - the „owner“ Paul stopped responding to our messages the night before the rental. We didn‘t have the location where the boat was, the indications on Click&Boat are more than unclear (the „Agios Stefanos Port“ Google Maps comes up with is an hours drive away from the actual location of the boat. And we didn‘t even know the name of the rental company, we had to show up at the beach and ask around for a guy called „Paul“. - the way the fuel consumption is calculated after the rental is at least intransparent, if not a rip-off. They just look into the tank and tell you that you used more than expected, then type in something into a calculator and show you the surplus you have to pay (for us it was 65€, 15€ on top of the 50€ deposit we already paid at pickup) Overall, the outing was great, but the experience does not deserve a 5-star rating.
