Nieuczciwość w zakresie stanu paliwa w zbiorniku. Bardzo szybko przekazują łódź tak abyś miał poczucie że zbiornik paliwa jest pełny. Zalecam kontrolę przed odbiorem łodzi oraz zrobienie szczegółowych zdjęć każdego elementu. Po powrocie próbują przypisać uszkodzenia użytkownikowi i pobrać z kaucji kwotę na naprawę. Podobnie jest z tankowaniem paliwa. Otrzymaliśmy informacje że przy porcie możemy w dwóch miejscach uzupełnić paliwo. Jak się okazało w jednym nie było benzyny a w drugim podane godziny były inne. Za brak paliwa musieliśmy zapłacić dodatkowo 30 euro serwis, gdyż nie poczuwali się do odpowiedzialności za błędną informację o godzinach otwarcia i zamknięcia stacji. Niesmak pozostał. Since these are external businesses, we cannot guarantee their availability or opening hours, especially in case of extraordinary changes. As explained during check-in, if you choose to refuel at our marina, the service entails an additional cost, which is clearly indicated and accepted.
