We reserved and paid online but there seemed to be no way for the local person to confirm payment other than me logging into my credit card account and screenshotting the transaction and then texting to her. The throttle did not reliably click into neutral from reverse making precision anchoring more difficult and often would not actually reverse until it was full throttle reverse. Again, not ideal. Finally, our fuel charge was €30 for 20L of fuel allegedly used. When I questioned the amount for our distance in such a small, slow boat with a 20 HP engine, I was told it was “the wind.” I’m suspicious. Boulevard Boats is a local competitor to check out.
