The rental and communication with Jérôme went very well, the boat is as described and well equipped, pleasant to sail.
We just finished our rental with Jérôme. What can I say? We met a wonderful, authentic, unpretentious, and deeply human person. This is the kind of encounter that we make in life and that we never forget. Jérôme shared a moment of conviviality with us by participating in the celebration of our daughter's 3rd birthday. At no time did he refuse that we decorate his boat with balloons and everything that goes with it. Jérôme does not look at his watch, does not count the liters of fuel, and willingly shares what he has, whether it is food or an aperitif. He does everything possible to satisfy requests, and even more. Jérôme is both simple and fabulous, he loves to help and does it with a good heart. From the first contact via the messaging of Click&Boat, Jérôme was responsive, answering all my questions, and god knows how many I asked him. Do not hesitate to book with Jérôme and take him as skipper, you will not regret it. You will have an exceptional encounter and will live a day rich in sincerity and humor. Once again, thank you Jérôme for this exceptional day. Haykel
We loved our day with Jerome and aboard his sailboat. Thanks again!!
Jérôme welcomed us with his great kindness and generosity. He was keen to listen to what made us happy, and took us to magnificent places, to swim and observe fish. We were able to cook well and enjoy star-studded evenings. Our kids loved it, and so did we. THANKS !
Very warm welcome, the boat corresponds to its description. A little problem with the annex's engine.
Conforms to the description and great communication with Jérôme.
Superb day spent with an authentic and jovial sailor. A human encounter at the height of idyllic landscapes: magnificent!
Jerome's boat is in good condition and well maintained but we think it is too small for 5 people. We expected to have enough seats for 5 but some had to sit at the front of the boat the whole time. Jerome is nice and knows his boat well but we do not recommend him as a skipper if you decide to rent his boat. He did not make us feel comfortable, mainly because of his drinking (from the start) which we found inappropriate.
Jérôme's boat is a good boat although a little old. The safety equipment is excellent: new self-inflating bras, etc. It was very clean when we arrived and is generally well equipped. In terms of desirable improvements: - a serious revision of the mainsail is necessary: several sliders are missing from the guide - we had problems with the engine of the annex - and a dedicated berth at the port of Hyeres would have saved us from having to anchor at the entrance to the port and disembark while in a dinghy when big storms were forecast and the wind and sea were starting to take serious effect and that some teammates were not in very good shape. - and, even if it is secondary, a kettle would be a good plus. Some communication problems before the rental, but this can be attributed to a difficult family event because afterwards, Jérôme took the time to present the boat well and was very available on the phone to assist us in our final difficulties. In short, for navigation without a skipper, best reserved for a somewhat experienced crew. But of course, the wonderful sailing area of the Golden Islands more than compensates for these few adventures...
Very nice day... Even if the weather didn't really allow us to enjoy the sailing as we would have liked.
A good weekend spent on this somewhat old but very seaworthy boat, more than 6 knots just under the genoa with a not very strong wind...! Jerome is very friendly and accommodating, we took it a little short in terms of preparing and cleaning the boat and some repairs are necessary before the season but overall we are satisfied. Solar panels are a real plus to avoid having to turn off the fridge or run the engine too often.
Old, functional boat, with the comfort of the time (cold water and limited quantity of water). The weak point of the boat is the instrumentation. The owner very available.
Jérôme is a warm, welcoming, very generous and adaptable skipper. The boat is a bit aging and has had a few surprises in store for us, but Jérôme has been able to cope with each time! We spent 5 days as a family on board with our 17 and 20 year old daughters, of whom we will keep unforgettable memories.
Top!
