Enjoy the new and luxurious Excess 11 (New year 2022) An extraordinary and very comfortable catamaran to enjoy a vacation around the islands. It has 4 large double cabins, 2 bathrooms, 1 large living room with a full kitchen so you can cook on board. It has 2 more extra cabins for Skipper and sailor (called hutches) because they have access from the outside, and independent from the rest of the boat. The total number of people sleeping on board is 8 clients + professional skipper + sailor if hired. (If you wish to accommodate more than 8 clients overnight, consult in advance). An ideal boat, with a lot of stability and with which you will enjoy spectacular sunrises and dreamlike sunsets; as well as spending the night peacefully in the coves. We can advise you on the best beaches and the most beautiful places to visit thanks to our extensive sailing experience on the islands. We know the most beautiful places to visit, and we have contacts in the trendy places on the islands so you can have a dream vacation. We are at your availability for any questions. We will be happy to welcome you on board and send you a detailed quote upon request. ❇️Rental price (each week in July/August has a different price) ❇️Skipper €1,750 per week. (If you rent it without a skipper this amount will be €0), the prices of the boat without a skipper are different from the prices of the boat with a skipper) ❇️Comfort Pack: Cleaning, set of sheets and towel for shower and toilet, Gas and dinghy: global price €550. ❇️FUEL NOT INCLUDED: Price €6/hour for each engine + VAT ❇️Food and drink on board and on land not included. Ne louez surtout pas avec cette propriétaire. Nous luis avons loué un catamaran en Aout 2022 et elle ne nous a pas permis de naviguer à la voile prétextant toutes sortes de mensonge (d’abord que sailing traduit en espagnol ne voulait pas dire naviguer à la voile mais naviguer et ensuite que la voile était une voile de compétition qui nécessitait 2 skippers. Rien de tout cela n’était indiqué sur son contrat. En conséquence, nous n’avons pas voulu payer l’essence en dédommagement (205 €…) et elle n’a pas trouvé mieux pour régler le problème que d’appeler la police pour nous débarquer. Bien entendu, la police lui a donné complètement tord et nous a dit d’aller la dénoncer au bureau des consommateurs d’Ibiza. Elle a ensuite débité la totalité de notre caution (3.000 €) sans fournir la moindre preuve de dégâts, ni la moindre facture. Elle n’a fait aucun état des lieux. Cette propriétaire est une honte, elle a l’air très sympathique au départ mais c’est une véritable furie. Do not rent with this owner. We rented a catamaran from her in August 2022 and she did not allow us to sail it, claiming all sorts of lies (first that sailing translated into Spanish did not mean to use the sail but to cruise and second that the sail was a competition sail, then that 2 skippers were needed to take the sail out. None of this was stated on her contract. As a result, we didn't want to pay for the petrol as compensation (€205) and she couldn't think of a better way to solve the problem than to call the police to take us off the boat. Of course, the police went against her will as by law we were entitled to stay on the boat as long as we had a rental agreement. They told us toile a claim against her to the Ibiza consumer office. She then debited our entire security deposit (€3,000) without providing any proof of damage or any invoice. She did not make any inventory or condition statement of the boat. This owner is a disgrace, she seems very nice at first but she is a real fury.
