David deserves to be known, quite cold and suspicious at the start (which can be understood) he works on "feeling"!! with his tenant and even becomes as nice as the friend we would like to have.. But very busy with his job his other boats, is not 100/100 available for you and that too is understandable.. Some improvements (reported ) to bring to the sailboat and it will be great despite the constraints of a lock port swept away by David's good will Thanks to him for his trust
