We litterally had a sinking boat (problem from the boat itself). And the assistance from YISS was very poor only using whatsapp. We lost one full day trying to solve the problem+ another full day to go back to the harbour to fix it. As it was day 5/6 we had to stay near the harbour to go back before 4pm on the last day as it is mentioned on the contract. Conclusion we lost 3 days of sailing, we arr trying to contact the owner with absolutely no answer. There are really good at make you pay if you put paper on the toilet but when the problem is on their side nobody answering.
