Excellent communication with Gema. Speed, simplicity and efficiency are guaranteed for reservation formalities. Special attentions were given to us such as the provision of a paddle board, an underwater scooter, fins, snorkel masks, beach towels, and a cooler with cold drinks, all to spend an excellent day at Formentera. A special mention for Kai who welcomed us with great professionalism and his recommendations for handling the boat were very clear and he answered all our questions. Without forgetting the assistance he provided us with leaving the Port of Santa Eulalia and his assistance when returning to the gas station. Kai is an exceptionally caring person who I thank again here. A little advice for people who want to rent, keep in mind that the sailing time for the return trip can be double that of the outbound trip depending on the wind and swell. Despite our delay in returning, Kai waited for us and was very understanding. Reliable rental, boat with good equipment (snorkel set, SUP).

We have rented enough boats to be able to rate everything related to this rental as the best of all the ones we have done. Communication and responses to all our questions have been fluid and very fast. The friendliness of the entire team and the help in the maneuvers both at departure and arrival has been 10. It's the first time they've even come to the gas station to help us. Thanks to everyone and especially to PEDRO and Kai. I wish there were more services like this.
