I will start by saying that the Captain Phillippe and Anna were amazing as was the boat . The communication with them was 10/10 and they did everything to make our day perfect . I cannot fault them or the boat . However the same came be said for the people of click and boat and who ever Jocelyn is who is associated with this boat . The communication with her was frustrating, even though I was very specific with what I was after I found that I would give very detailed specifics only to be asked questions that were in the previous message which indicated to me she didn’t read my messages or I’d ask a specific question and she wouldn’t answer it which made it hard for me to commit and book as I didn’t know what I was getting. As for click and boat I’m not sure what they do other than have a portal to advertise boat hire. Without going into great detail I had another boat cancel on me at the last minute . They offered me 10% discount which I didn’t get and my refund for the other boat I’m still waiting after 6 days . I’ve tried calling them twice now and they are not returning my calls. If you can deal with the boat captain do so and avoid click and boat .
